What You Should Know About CoQ10

grandparentAccording to the Mayo Clinic, CoQ10 levels are reported to decrease with age and to be low in patients with some chronic diseases such as heart conditions, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, cancer, diabetes, and HIV/AIDS. Some prescription drugs may also lower CoQ10 levels.

The following sampling of drugs may deplete CoQ10:

  • certain anti-depressants
  • anti-psychotic drugs
  • cholesterol-lowering statin drugs
  • beta-blockers
  • anti-diabetic drugs
  • anti-hypertension drugs

Mayo Clinic, goes on to say that some studies suggest congestive heart failure and cardiomyopathy are CoQ10 deficient diseases. One side effect of these prescription drugs is that they interfere with your body’s production of CoQ10. Miracle of birthIt is true – whatever a man sows, this he will also reap, so lets all sow good seed and understand that our harvest is bigger than the seed we planted. An apple seed is smaller than an apple tree, but the tree will produce an abundant harvest.

Sow your seed carefully.

Let’s use words for example, as one type of seed. If you speak poverty language you may speak frivolously and use words like, “I can’t afford it” or the economy is bad” – well, you have planted a seed that is going to bear FRUIT bigger than those words!

What is bigger than a word – the EXPERIENCE of a word!

The good news is that it works on the flip side. If you speak words of prosperity, you are planting seed – you will reap PROSPEROUS circumstances.

Whatever you do, please do not underestimate the power of the seeds you sow every day.

In regards to what you hear – same thing. You may HEAR words of lack and limitation and think “Oh, no big deal”. But guess what – a BIG harvest of lack and limitation is manifesting.
