More than likely, the information you have collected over the years came from the same sources that everyone else has been relying on. And the results have been a roller coaster for over 95% of those who try to lose weight!

If you’ve been learning about weight loss from the processed food industry, the medical industry or even the diet industry, doesn’t it make sense that there would be a certain “spin” put on the information so you would be lead to their specific procedure or boxed lunch for a weight loss solution?

That’s how it works…. Maddening isn’t it?

Remember the wise saying: “Knowledge is Power.” That is completely true when you have the right information.

You Decide Your Habits…
And Your Habits Decide Your Future!

You are what you are because of the choices you have taken.

You choose your habits, and because of that choice your life is shaped. This includes your waistline. The habits you choose are the main reason if you are in great shape, 20 pounds overweight or obese.

You’ve heard of the phrase; “Life is not a dress rehearsal”.

You get no do-over, therefore you must choose wisely. Do you want to live a life of health and enjoy longevity? Most people say yes, but their habits demonstrate something totally different.

The attitude and lifestyle of a person who is in control of their life never gives in to self defeating habits. When you allow bad habits into your life you are allowing a robbing of your future, taking you to a place you don’t want to be.

People who have gained weight went to a place they did not want to go. Their future is not shaping up to what they want or deserve. It all started with a wrong choice which led to a wrong habit. One pound led to 5…5 pounds led to 10…and eventually 30 pounds and more.

Your Habits Make You Fat or Thin – It’s Your Choice

People don’t decide their future or the amount of their belly fat. People choose habits and their habits determine their future and shape of their waistline. A principle of life is sowing and reaping. “As a man sows, so also will he reap”.

Don’t plan to sow seeds of idleness and junk food and get anything close to a harvest of a fit, healthy body. To get a different harvest means you must sow a different seed. How long you have sowed the wrong seed will determine how much effort is needed to attain your desired harvest. You must change your habit to get a different result.

I love it when people take action. Actions lead to results. Scripture points out “train your body and make it your slave so you will not be disqualified.” (1 Corinthians 9:27) Training is not suggesting, and it is not saying if you want to. Training is doing it, putting information into action.

Say Goodbye To Bad Habits

Many people each year want to get rid of a bad habit, a habit they chose in the past, based on bad information. You cannot simply get rid of a bad habit. You must exchange a bad habit for a good habit. It will take time, (at least 14 days) persistence and discipline. But the rewards will be enormous.

Discipline may cause discomfort, but the discomfort suffered to change a bad habit is temporary. To change a long time bad habit of eating the wrong food and incorrect exercise to a good habit of selecting and consuming high metabolism food and engaging in metabolism boosting exercises as will be more than worth it. You will live longer with abundant energy and enjoy full health while looking both sexy and vibrant.

I have always found that 3 things are needed to build good habits:

  1. Facts – The right information
  2. Instructions – Step by Step Process
  3. Desire – You must want the result
