Many have claimed that getting fat is a consequence of our own success because we are programmed to overeat as a survival strategy. Easy weight loss can occur when you know the truth.

The white bread from bleached white processed flour will get dry and hard before it gets moldy. The real whole wheat bread is moldy in a couple of days.
Be careful don’t be deceived, the commercial food producers will continually process and brand artificial foods as natural, wholesome and healthy and they have convinced the FDA to follow suit. But they are far from anything made in nature.
McDonalds, Burger King, and Taco Bell are living proof that we are a nation of advertising junkies. We don’t eat because we know it’s good for us, or even because we’re hungry. We often eat just because of the advertisements we saw on TV.
