High Metabolism Exercise May Help You Prevent Cancer

A new study proves high intensity exercise cuts your risk of getting cancer by over 50%.High metabolism boosting exercises

A study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine followed Finnish men for 16 years, tracking their activity each week. They found that the higher the intensity of the exercise, the lower their risk of contracting cancer.

This  study looked at the relationship between exercise intensity and cancer.

So how can you take advantage of this relationship between high intensity or metabolism boosting exercise and decrease your chance of cancer? You don’t have to be an elite athlete or be a member of a gym. You simply start where you are.

If all you can do is walk, walk faster, if you can do calisthenics then do these, you just go as fast and as hard as you can for a period of 30 seconds to 90 seconds then rest for  a couple minutes and do it again.

You start out easy measuring the number of repetitions you do, the time it takes for you to do exercise and then gradually increase it. In no time you’ll notice it gets easier for you to do your exercise and you can go faster, start using weights etc.

Done correctly you will only need to exercise 7 – 15 minutes per day. In this time you will be training your body to operate at a higher metabolism, increase your lung capacity, increase your heart strength and improve you immunity. Oh yeah you will also burn fat for up to 24 hours after you are done exercising.

You must understand that oxygen is your key element for health and longevity. The more oxygen you utilize the stronger your immunity, the stronger your defense against cancer and the more energy you will have.
The typical exercise done by most Americans is aerobic exercise. Aerobic means you never go above 70% of capacity, this is long duration keeping you from ever reaching your capacity and never putting your body into oxygen debt.

As a result those who have believed this lie over the years have more sickness, decreased lung capacity, smaller heart and a increased chance for cancer, heart disease and older looking skin. Not to mention we are a society of couch potatoes who their only exercise is walking to the mail box.

To prove my point look at the difference between a typical sprinter and the person who runs 5 – 15 miles. The sprinter as a general rule will have better muscle definition, less fat, higher lung capacity, and a higher oxygen content in their blood.

Everyone who has a desire for health should make it a point to start implementing high metabolism boosting exercises today. It only takes 7 – 12 minutes, can be done in your own home with no purchase of equipment necessary. On top of this you will benefit from…

Here’s a quick example of what you can do today…
Step 1:  Take 30 – 60 seconds and run up and down your steps as fast as you can. (you should be panting for your breath a bit)
Step 2: Rest for 1 – 2 minutes, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Repeat step 2

Repeat step 1
Repeat step 2

The above process will take you from 6 minutes to 10 minutes, and you will receive the benefits noted above.

Always start slow at any exercise, gradually increasing the intensity, the time per set, and the number of sets you do. In the example above you can also add ankle weights or put a water bottle in each hand.
